I see the post from about a year ago saying non-refundable rooms trigger the Delta Stays credit but any recent data points on if booking a "non-refundable" rate triggers the Delta Stays Credit? I find this confusing and unclear, especially since below in both options I'm considering (2 different properties), it says "You will not be charged yet" and one room option does show options with "Reserve Now, Pay Later" (which I know won't trigger the credit). Trying to ensure I book this correctly to get the Delta Stays Credit - the only reason I would book it this way versus booking directly with the hotel.
