Hainanese chicken rice used to be 'unique' to F. That tells you something and I don't think it's what you want to hear.
The beef cheeks is one of my 'safe' dishes. You can't go wrong with it and it's very filling.
Steak/chicken/fish you run the risk of being served an overcooked piece of rubber.
My last few flights the rice and noodles have been lumps of mush.
So overall, if BTC in F is the same as in J, is the implication the generally in F you're better off just ordering from the in-flight menu? Other than the beef cheecks, any BTC dishes that stand out and would be worth ordering even in F?
