BA57 to Johannesburg 12 April

It was a pretty heavy route, but surprisingly, I was the only First Class passenger. It was quite a enjoyable flight.

Amuse Bouche / Isle of Wight tomatoes, manouri cheese, mustard pickled cucumber, wild rocket pesto

Starter / Loch Fyne hot and cold smoked salmon roll pickled cucumber and radish, British asparagus

Red lentil soup papadum, coriander labneh

Duo of Welsh spring lamb rack and slow braised lamb shoulder Yorkshire pudding, minted mushy peas, rosemary jus

Warm crêpes Suzette vanilla ice cream

cheese

Full Breakfast

I was happy that LPGS was back, but the soup was too salty, and the full breakfast was not as good as I had expected. I wish there had been baked beans.
