That table is still valid, but if you read the page you will see it only applies to fares where the spend cannot be calculated by AF
For Air France-marketed flights that have Tour Operator fares, you earn Miles based on the distance (1), the booking class earning percentage and the Elite bonus earning percentage, if applicable and as per the earning scheme in the link below (2).
