5 day trip means the crew is away for a total of five days including flight days, but 3 nights in Bangkok in a hotel. Flight only operates 3x weekly, with a Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday departure from FCO and a Monday/Wednesday/Friday return so the Tuesday and Sunday crews from FCO each get 2 nights in BKK while the Thursday crew gets 3 nights
