Hello, I have never flown Cebu Pacific. I've read their carry-on criteria, and all of the posts discussing this topic are several years old.

How strict are they when it comes to A) exact size, and B) weight, of carry-on luggage?

My carry-on is a standard size for the US airlines, but it exceeds the Cebu Pacific stated limits by one inch. Should I expect them to measure?
