Cheapest room at time of booking would be $805 per night (at today's exchange rate). My voodoo accounting rationalizing in my head, is that the four nights (after the new card bonuses) are costing me 125,000 points net, plus $400. The $400 is the annual incremental fee difference between the Surpass and Aspire cards. Moving up to Diamond from Gold I don't accrue as having any pecuniary value.

As per my post above - I used 95k points per night several years back at the Conrad Tokyo. That's a nice redemption rate (even without the offers).

Enjoy your stay - I had an absolutely wonderful time at this property.
