Cabin crew was friendly when they were paying attention but seemed quite preoccupied with family and friends traveling with them (this was a 5 day trip for them so they understandably brought along family).
I can’t imagine it’s cost effective for ITA to pay 5 days in a hotel for all the flight crew every time they fly to bkk. Did they mention whether this was a special situation for any reason?
