Booked Heritage King Bath with View and get no upgrade, however offered higher floor.
Mini bar was free (booked rate includes club access)
I guess most important feature for either FHR or Heritage wing booking (not too sure) is you'll be able to have breakfast in Nouvelle Epoque, Yamazao or Orchid for FREE.
Orchid was full of people, Both French&Japanese restaurant was very quiet and food quality was top notch.
If you book Virtusso rate then you'll only get free breakfast at Orchid.

Taxi ride to Ginza/Roppongi was short and affordable.
Would definitely come back to Okura Tokyo without doubt.
