I arrived on the ANA LHR flight today. It arrived more or less on time and there were two flights arriving shortly before us, but one of them (from JFK) was early. So there was just one arrival from FRA before us. I stupidly forgot (or couldn't find) the screenshot of the VJW QR code and wifi on the flight wasn’t working. They were handing out landing cards and customs forms on the flight so I had completed them just in case having read somewhere that sometimes non-VJW routes are quicker. I left the aircraft door at 17:19 and was through customs at 17:43. Most of the time was spent waiting for my bag to appear. Most bags on international NH flights appear to have red priority tags.
