I tried to get in at 7PM on a Weds night as a CSR cardholder and it was a half an hour wait.

I was on the fence with the CSR to begin with, but this is probably the last nail in the coffin with it. I already have an AMEX Plat and actually prefer those lounges at PHX anyway.
