Cypress From memory I think it usually takes between a few days and two weeks. If there are any issues it can take longer. Last year I applied for missing miles in the way that you did and it took months because the system wouldn’t let me log in because it recognised that I was abroad. Because I tried several times it flagged it as suspicious. After several emails and phone calls it was eventually resolved but I don’t know why it took so long once they realised it was all above board.
