Traveling MHD-IST and then IST-ATL on TK, but one first leg booked through an AC award and second leg on TK award.

I know MHD is a bit of a small airport, so I am curious if TK agents there will have any issue through checking my bags all the way to ATL.
It should be ok, as both legs are on TK. Just show both tickets at check in.
