You seem to say at the beginning of your post that this is an award ticket booked with FB miles. If the case, you won't earn any miles in FB or with another Skyteam programme (award tickets are not eligible to miles earning). You may be able to enjoy some Elite+ benefits from the VN programme by showing your card, but it's not guaranteed 100%.
