I assume the T5/M concourse common use gates have higher utilization midday and in the evenings when international departures ramp up. If DL drops from 10 to seven assigned gates, I assume at least three nearby M concourse common use gates could be used by DL to help smooth morning ops (pre 10 a.m.) if needed.
