One of my best go-to entree items on UA is the Vegetarian Chili with Polenta Cake. I pre-ordered this. I'm not vegan but this has a lot of flavor in it. The presentation of the dish, as always on UA, was horrible. The salad with sun dried tomatoe and lemon dressing was still the star. New pudding with red velvet bits was better than the previous versions but that's not saying much.
