Flew JFK<>HNL with husband and baby recently, should've read this thread because we did 1A/1B on the way back, and the curtain not being closed and staff going in and out was a bit distracting and the staff were definitely chatty, and not as fun when trying to get shuteye. We did 1H/1J going there and it was a much more private experience. We also happened to have much more helpful staff on that flight too.

In general, definitely liked that Row 1 seats feel like they have more storage in front of the seat, there's a tray table type thing that is useful for putting all our baby gear there. Being given iPads for entertainment was not too bad of an experience, actually kind of prefer it to the IFE screens in some cases. We were not even offered the iPads or headphones for our flight coming back for some reason. I guess we have baby but that doesn't mean we don't want entertainment lol.

Overall not bad to be on the 330-200 despite this route moving to the 787s later this month, esp for a family. The 330s definitely feel dated though. There's a space gap between the lie flat seat and the foot cushion when fully flat, and it feels more noticeable when sharing with a baby, even if that's not the normal experience for 99% of travelers.
