Good question, I've been wondering myself. United just took delivery of N14528, an A321neo out of Hamburg. '4542, '4543, and '4544 are currently scheduled to come out of Toulouse. The rest of the A321neos that I see scheduled come out of Mobile, AL. Even so, a lot of components (and even the airframes I think) come out of Europe.
