My Aunt arrived at HND T3 at 19:00 , she was out of morass by 19:25 and we were on the Monorail by 19:40.......
She flew NH and asked when checking in if they could offer support upon arrival at HND as she has very limited depth perception.
She was met on the plane and walked to and through quarantine , immigration and customs.
