Well, kind of. Last time I went through T7 there was little advantage to having PreCheck. Was told to just tell the person at the only Xray line that I had precheck. Still had to put electronics, phone, and sweatshirt in separate bins. Only difference was got to keep my shoes on.
This is our experience, too, at T7. There is a separate pre-check line to the right, but whether or not you have to pull your laptop out separately is at the discretion of those working at the time. The screeners take forever - I think we were in a relatively short line of about 15 people that took about 30 minutes to get through. The TSA personnel at T7 have to be the surliest I've ever encountered.
