I had purchased 4 Vanilla cards from one store, tried getting a money order at another and 2 of them got a "Not Authorize" when I swiped it, then I tried a 3rd Vanilla card purchased from another store and I also got a "Not Authorized".
The next day I tried the remaining 2 Vanillas at another store and they worked fine.
Any thoughts?
highly doubtful CSR has any control over it, if anything that would cause more work for them to resolve the situation, people would likely go to back to POS to complain about the not authorized. MO’s have gotten increasingly harder so I assume it’s just an issue with that. I have had a really hard time getting Sutton vgc to load MO and those are pretty easygoing cards
