It was a cluster in T7 this morning. I went through about 8:30 a.m. and it took about 20 minutes. They had a priority line for TSA Pre & whomever else they decided should have access to it, on the right, but you couldn't get to it until you got to the front of the general line. It was as Willapaw mentioned.

By 9:30 a.m., the line had snaked all the way past the AS counters and around the corner to the EI check-in counters. There were reports of 1 hour 40 minutes to get through. People literally crying.

Same experience, had AS 31 which departed at 7:20am and there was no dedicated Pre line, just basically combined into regular security lanes and the officers yelling THIS GUY IS PRECHECK when you go through X-ray. The right lanes weren't even opened.
