Agreed 100% with the above. I had a one night stay last week. Was given a room on higher floor and no mention of upgrade, At check-in, I was told if I could get breakfast for USD17 instead of USD25 if I “booked” it in advance. I did and breakfast was a meh affair. Space is strangely divided into 2 areas separated by the lifts/lift lobby. Buffet selection was meager. Just as I was about to finish my breakfast, a waiter came with an a la carte menu informing me of made-to-other options. She went from one table to another showing guests the same one printed menu.
The room, other than being quite small, is a downgraded version of Indigo Kuala Lumpur. Nothing much to report - very standard with some poor details.
Location is very good, but I won’t return.
