Should I just hold on and expect it to take hours to get an agent on the phone? Or is there some trick you've found for calling at the correct time? I have no status on the airlines frequent flyer program.
Would I be better off just going to my local airport to ask for help of the ticket agents there?
I don't want to book the ticket using a false birth year as I will eventually need to call and get that changed so we get through TSA security!
Needless to say, I'm frustrated and would appreciate any help frequesnt SAS flyers might provide.

as far as i recall... just type in customer service/customer agent in the chat and eventually you will speak with a human.
