Will that work 12 hours prior to departure flight?

I know Amex ignores the 3 hour rule for connections for Centurion lounges, but wasn’t sure if PP lounges do.

I’m not too worried about capacity in morning, though I know I’ve had issues with evening with peak times and carrier-contracted access and them blocking PP cardholders.
