THIS IS SANDS HOTEL !!!! Only with sticker Luxury Collection. They ruined my wife's birthday trip to Macau by choosing him.

And it's probably the same reason there's no free breakfast at St.Regis Macau because it's not a full Marriott franchise hotel.

That's why there is no check-in for Bonvoy members, or club lounge (some LCs have them).


We want check-out now, but there are no rooms available at W Hotel Macau when I called and spoke with Front Desk
I do recall there was a Bonvoy check-in at the far corner of the Sheraton check-in desk last year.... so I was hoping that's still there. Will report back after the weekend!
