In Miles+Bonus, we are constantly focusing on improving the services we offer,
so as we meet your evolving needs. As of 05.05.2025, we will have a redesigned
experience when using your Upgrade to Business Class benefit.
What changes:
The process will just get easier, since you will be able to submit your request exclusively
online through your Miles+Bonus account at aegeanair.com or the Aegean App.- Your request will be confirmed and the upgrade will take place immediately, in case of availability.
- In case there is no availability, the request will be placed on waiting list and you will have the ability to check the progress through your Miles+Bonus account.
- The free Business Class Upgrade service is available for you and any person you want that is travelling with you on the same booking reservation.
