Just returned few days ago from a J trip booked with Value fare long before the new fare scheme, no issues with lounge access and seats selection, everything was recognized as per original booking, BP were showing "Lounge access" . It seems that EY is just following what EK and QR did sone years ago, for the time being the difference with Comfort is very small, around 70-80 USD per pax when ticketing from Indonesia, by comparison QR is charging 4X the same amount vs Light fare.
