Earlier this year, I bought a Starlux premium economy ticket. Having flown the ticket and having credited the trip to Alaska, I now have a question about possibly missing EQM earning. The facts are as follows:
- Ticket was purchased on alaskaair.com.
- Ticket was issued by AS (i.e., ticket number begins with 027).
- Ticket contained JX flight numbers (i.e., no codeshares).
- I have no status with AS.
- I was awarded EQMs equivalent to 100% of miles flown.
Now, based on this webpage
(linked here), I was expecting to earn 150% EQMs, based on the data listed in the "Earning on partner flights booked on Alaska" header, under the "Premium Economy" subheader.
So, my question is: Who is right? Are they right and 100% EQMs is correct, or should it actually be 150% EQMs and I should follow up with Alaska?
