I see this has happened to other people but I’m hoping someone here has a solution because nobody I spoke to at United had one.

I am flying SFO-FRA-BRU and I checked in yesterday like usual but it did not provide a mobile boarding pass like it usually does. I was given the option to print them and when I checked my bag they printed them for me. This is subtly driving me nuts because I’m very much all digital these days.

And no I didn’t have any SSSS screening. I logged out and back in; uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no luck. I take this trip regularly and it has never happened before. One last thing the first flight was on United metal.
