In my case I reached out ~10 days after the checkout to the email address in the welcome email, requesting a copy of the folio and mentioning the missing stay. They replied fairly quickly with a PDF, said they had submitted a missing stay request from their side, but recommended I submit one myself to help expedite things. I filled out the form on the Marriott web site and was shocked when the points and EQNs posted 20 minutes later, including the doubled promo nights
