Sure, breaking transfers is one way to prevent transfers. Also seems as easy to call in and impersonate as it is to get the code to my phone. I mean if they have my phone or a SIM swap, do you think voice recognition is the security win here?

It's long-winded, basically requiring screenshots & I hesitated to even mention it because it's a waste of time. Moreover, the same agent that I mentioned earlier that had told me "I won't write an IT ticket for you" also said "we cannot generate a code", which is objectively false since I've had it done successfully two times. Anyway, you can't get to the last step and "call in" and get a code and enter it in the screen right there, but you can start the process from the top and instead of using the "text me" feature, you can say "I have a code" and enter in what an agent generates. But the agent has to do the right stuff on their end to generate it, and I'm not 100% what since I didn't witness it
