I have not been in the same situation as OP ( delayed credit card charge ), but I wanted to comment on how difficult it was to get my ticket number from Condor last year. My credit card was charged shortly after I bought the ticket. I just wanted to have the ticket number for my own piece of mind. I searched the booking conformation -nothing; I searched the invoice – nothing; I searched “Manage Your Booking” – nothing. Finally, on the credit card statement I found the amount charged and the number that started with 881, the Condor carrier code. So I assumed that the whole bunch of numbers after that code were my actual ticket number.
Later on, my boarding pass also showed the e-ticket number, but it would have been too late had I needed it before my flight.
I never tried calling Condor to ask for the number, and I don't know if they would share this info before the charge have gone through. I would try it next time.
And if anybody has a better idea on how to get Condor ticket number after booking, please share. I would greatly appreciate it.
