It's nowhere near as good as Qatar inflight but I paid 1/3 of the price. However much better in dealing with changes etc
Because RJ only sends a 787 to BKK and they are all old style 2-2-2 lie flat. But it's a crap product.
I've used them a load of times as well, but they have a shortage of 787s and cancel the flight a lot. Be prepared to negotiate alternative routes that must touch AMM on RJ metal if they do. So best of luck getting to your destination on time if that's critical.
QR is one of my favorite airlines in business, but I wouldn't pay 3x more for them. EY is almost as good as QR, especially on the new A350-1000 and new lounge in AUH, but still I wouldn't even pay 2x more for it... you get what you pay for and RJ is absolute crap but still serviceable.
