Update : reaction from the hotel manager
I posted a review on TripAdvisor (in French) praising the hotel but lamenting the “suggested tipping” practice.

Guess what: the hotel manager did not like it.

He now claims that I am tainting the hotel reputation.

Quote : “To the extent that you have wished to make your dissatisfaction public via review sites such as TripAdvisor, and thus continue to damage the image of our establishment and that of the ACCOR group brands,(…).”

What do you guys think? Am I damaging the hotel image by informing people? Am I harming the Accor brand?
