It's bad enough that UA would even be party to such insanity, but to tout it as an inprovement is an out and out lie. Very sad.
Love having UA/SMF as a home base - I can watch the inspection...and they will lock them up for you (scramble the combination or whatever) if you ask. ^ A very critical thing for Int'l travel IMO.
