The property was owned by TCC Assets, but their website no longer lists it. It is rare when companies controlled by Khun Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi sell one of their hotels.

The largest company that owns hotels, which belongs to the TCC Group, AWC, does not list the hotel either, but the website indicates all the properties being developed at the bottom of the page - impressive, but no hotel under the Le Meridien brand.
