I am trying to view my forthcoming trip and get a message that AA is unable to retrieve the reservation. The trip also disappeared from the app. I called AA and everything looks fine on their end, nor did they say that there was a system-wide issue. Anyone has any idea what it can be and what to do? I can't ask them to fix something if there is no problem according to them... Never experienced this issue before.
