Had a flight from FL to FCO on this fare and had irrops. Oddly AA just took over the whole ticket and put me on their metal all the way (am ExPl). Was even able to tweak the routing to a slightly longer but better routing. Seems like if you have any AA or AS segments they are able to modify these pretty easily. Sadly this first flight was the only one I booked with an AA segment. Hopefully miles still post at 250% (partner booked via Alaska).
