actually, it appears to be.

1. We had Premium, it was not premium. It was jammed together 3-across, with empty middle and no legroom.
2. Our kids were behind us - or actually, next to us. (?!) in extended comfort.
That too disappeared. And they tried to charge/nickel and dime us.
3. They didn’t even offer partial refund.
4. We didn’t make a stink in any way onboard.

At this point it’s with Sam (chief experience officer) since Craig Maccubbin and Natalie Farand are long gone (I know them both).
