It was only occurring at home, regardless of what PC or browser I was using, even in private/ingocnito mode. Delta website data handling has a lot of issues, and seems their providers blocks some transactions incorrectly at times as well and breaks things so you get those errors that nobody at DL can help with.
I was having trouble for days checking flight availability/cost without signing in with my FF#. When I would sign in, I could get the info about flights/cost. That seems to be fixed as yesterday I didn't need to put in the FF# to check.
