Prawn cake, chicken parfait with lemongrass salad as appetiser, Yu-Hsiang beef short ribs as main, and tiramisu as dessert. The beef noodles were rather delicious, tiramisu on the other hand a letdown. While friendly, the crew were also very hasty. I know it's not a long flight, but I had to ask for bread and coffee myself as they didn't proactively offer either. They did offer both to the gold member across the aisle so I guess he stole the limelight.
