Just completed a two night points stay at the property and overall very happy. Was upgraded to a lovely outdoor hot tub room directly on the bay. Was not a suite but very large room with sitting area large walk in closest and large bathroom with tub. There was a welcome amenity of macarons and a bottle of local red that was drinkable but inexpensive.

As a globalist they went out of the way to thank us with a manager welcoming us and supervising the check in. I had combined two one night stays and they noted at check in a need to checkout and in but that they would handle. They called us on the morning of second day to deliver new keys to complete the process. Seemed unnecessarily complex but I gather their systems required it and was not disruptive.

we were given a welcome beverage and chose sparkling wine to drink during the check in process. We were informed the globalist service was being done as room service instead of a lounge (I assume because of occupancy) on alternating days, which included the Friday we arrived. I noted some dietary restrictions which they respected (either coincidentally or with modifications) and they delivered a large local cheese plate with fresh bread, a plate of fresh fruit and a piece of cake and two locals beers and a bottle of wine around 6:00 pm. It was a nice benefit and welcome.

The breakfast was good, but a little more crowded with everyone covered.

It was still low season so the hotel wasn’t full and they had limited some restaurant hours with all breakfast in the Lighthouse restaurant on the bay side of the road next to our room.

A very small service miss with room service taking away our globalist property discount card (10% of dining at some restaurants) and asking me to walk to the reception to replace; I was happy to walk and I’m sure could have insisted on them delivering it but probably should have started there.

didn’t love that the gym was only open 09-21h with the indoor pool but enjoyed a lovely run along the bay instead.

overall thought it was great value with beautiful views and amenities. The location is isolated and the drive is a challenge, but was typical for the area and worth it. Water taxi certainly would make things easier if you’re open to the added expense.
