Well, this is a surprising addition: the Sealeven Hotel & Residences, opening as a Destination by Hyatt property on the Adriatic coast of Croatia. The property page can be found here.

Not much info on the site as yet, but between 'Coming Soon' and some photography of a modern-looking set of structures, I'd imagine this one will open in time for the busy summer season.
