I'm already MVPG until 12/25, got my ~31k EQMS from award travel posted to my account last week, but still haven't gotten any emails to select milestone awards. Called customer service and they cant figure it out either. Is there a reason for this?
I never got emails but was able to access milestones through the app. Go to your account, the blue bar "follow your journey" should appear with "let's go," it'll direct you to the milestones you qualify for.
