I know we've all got our "things" when we fly... to me, the crummy meal is the bottom of the list of what I care about. The amount of actual food (meat, protein, etc.) is so small it's laughable and I'm pretty sure the Alaska chefs spend all day trying to figure new and exciting ways to ruin a piece of meat with a kale/caper/ginger/beet/mint salsa. Just give me a reasonably comfortable seat with side clearance and legroom along with a couple drinks and I'm a happy camper.
