If it is one ticket, you will get your domestic boarding pass from AA. If separate tickets you will need to check in at Haneda. You can get JAL to check you in at the bag drop counter in T3, turn right after exiting from customs.

If separate tickets you will need to show your inbound boarding passes for lounge access.

The domestic Sakura lounge is not all that exciting, hot and cold beverages and some rice crackers and is all you'll find. As OWE you can access the Diamond Premier lounge, which has more food, but only one guest.
