Had a BH visa from Staples $200. Tried to load Serve at CSC at WM for $99. Went through. Then tried to load $101 to One and declined, code 56
Kind of screwy because a 56 decline code means the card number wasn't recognized by BH.

Next day went back to CSC at WM and successfully loaded $99 to One card. Liquidated $2 at a grocery store.
