1. TSA Pre only exists at US airports. Not sure why you’d expect it at a non USA one. You’ll go through ‘normal’ security that operates at DUB.

2. it’s unlikely you’ll be put on a flight with such a short time difference. The issue isn’t the departure time per se but the closure of ticketing and confirmation of flight manifests plus how long in advance any delay into DUB is know and if that delay will affect the passport and security formalities.
