If you are not GGL / Premier/First then yes the contact centre in the UK closes at 20:00 hrs, but there are other contact centres open, including the USA one, at midnight. The Disruption Signposts thread also has a 24/7 number which can be used if the website does not work. The main FCOD thread will give you a lot more information and guidance, but unless you ask for FCOD you won't always get good advice. Try this forum next time, we tend to get it right. The Nexus version of BA.com does not always work, but some times the App version works where the website one does not (and vice versa). As it stands both BA767 and 761 look ok for FCOD, the 761 is fairly busy though.
